3. Measures for Secure Management of Personal Information

The Company takes necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Key measures include:

    The scope of access for employees is clearly defined, and systems are in place to report any incidents of non-compliance.

  2. When necessary to protect human life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
  3. When especially necessary for improving public health or ensuring the sound upbringing of children and obtaining consent is difficult
  4. When required to cooperate with national or local government organizations in carrying out their legal duties, and obtaining consent may hinder such operations

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information

The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we thoroughly evaluate the suitability of the subcontractor, stipulate confidentiality obligations in contracts, and appropriately supervise the subcontractor.

If the customer or their representative requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”) of retained personal data, the Company will respond promptly in accordance with applicable laws. For any requests regarding Disclosure, etc., please contact the inquiry desk listed in section 10. A handling fee of JPY 550 (tax included) will be charged per request for disclosure.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Company may revise this Policy due to changes in laws, business operations, or other circumstances. Any changes will be announced on our website or via other appropriate means.
