Message from the President & CEO

If the bag you carry every day can bring even a little richness to your life—
that is where our craftsmanship at Inoya begins.

To us, a bag is not merely a tool for carrying things.
It is a companion in daily life that quietly reflects your personality and values.
That is why we are dedicated to creating products made to be cherished for years to come.
Even in an age that favors mass production and lower prices,
we remain committed to uncompromising quality.

From development and production to sales,
we manage every step of the process in-house.
Our designers and artisans work closely side by side,
crafting each bag with durability, quiet beauty, and meticulous care.
We believe that is what allows our bags to support the lives of their owners and become a quiet presence that stays in their hearts.

Today, we are also devoted to passing these skills on to the next generation.
True craftsmanship cannot be learned overnight.
That is why we take the time to nurture it patiently—
because fostering the creators of the future is one of our most important missions.

We hope you encounter a bag that brings richness to your everyday life. If Inoya can help make that happen, nothing would bring us greater joy.

Toward a world enriched
by creative expression.

A product created with care for even a single owner —
one that meets their unique preferences and touches their heart —
ultimately reaches and resonates with many.
At Inoya / MSPC, we strive to create such masterpieces by embracing the following values:

  • The Spirit of the Artisan and the Spirit of the Merchant

The dedication of our makers brings fulfillment and inspiration to those who own our products.

  • Imagination and Innovation

We imagine the lifestyle and values of each owner,
bringing ideas to life through creativity and refined technique.

  • Tradition and Trend

We honor time-honored techniques and timeless presence,
while responding boldly to the needs of the times
and creating new value that the world has yet to see.

Brand management

“The Inoya Approach
to Brand Management”

At Inoya, we take a holistic approach to brand management by ensuring consistency across all aspects of our business—
from product development and production, to distribution, sales, corporate philosophy, and our long-term vision.
By examining the needs of our target customers from multiple angles,
we integrate originality and clear brand concepts into every stage of the process.

We have adopted the SPA* model, now standard in the apparel industry,
and actively apply it to reduce inefficiencies across the supply chain.
Drawing on the know-how we’ve accumulated since our founding,
we aim to contribute to the industry’s future through this integrated system.

Rather than confining ourselves to a closed, internal supply chain,
we also engage in wholesale partnerships with other companies and manufacturers.
This flexible and diversified model allows us to develop unique sales channels and respond dynamically to market needs.
Looking ahead, we will continue to evolve our planning and craftsmanship to deliver even greater value.

*SPA (Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) is a highly vertically integrated business model that includes everything from material sourcing and product planning to manufacturing, logistics, and store design.
The term was introduced by Donald Fisher, founder of GAP, in 1986.*
